And although completely off-topic this was delicious frozen yogurt from the other day. Vanilla, chocolate, fruit punch and PUMPKIN PIE. Also the background has my leopard wallet from Urban Outfitters.

chunky knits

This scarf looks incredibly comfortable and warm, especially since I'm freezing and uncomfortable in one of my classrooms right now(never fear class is just about over).
Fall weather is really coming fast and it reminds me I need to stock up on some trendy cozy knits. I hope to find a very warm large crochet/knit grandfather sweater in cream and a thick scarf. Alexa Chung's Madwell line has a really cute grandfather sweater too bad its out of my price range! Actually I really liked all of Chung's Madwell collection, it fit her style very well. If you can't already tell we have similar styles and I take a good amount of inspiration from her simple and sweet looks. I'll post some later but for now I have to go.

New Purchase

My latest purchase was inspired by the world's most stylist woman and one of my style icons. British television host and model Alexa Chung nabbed the title from Vogue magazine's list late last year for her unique style. Alexa has been seen wearing Mulberry's "Alexa" bag numerous times and after lusting over it for months now I finally found a inexpensive look alike(not a replica).



I was even able to get a 15% off discount so cheers for saving money! I am after all on a college student budget. Here's the bag I bought.


Although it doesn't have the same buckles as the original I like that it kept the doctor/man satchel look. I'll post a photo once it comes in the mail. I hope it comes before school. I'm both sad and eager for school to start. I'll miss the lazy summer days but I'm happy to see friends and go on a regular schedule again.
